Proposed Plans for Whiskey Island

In 1988 the City of Cleveland approved a plan for Whiskey Island that would enhance its value as a public park.
In 1995, the present owner, Whiskey Island Partners, executed an agreement with the State and with the City of Cleveland that would provide public access to Whiskey Island.
