Ohio Department of Natural Resources -- An update to the Cleveland Waterfront Master Plan

In 1987, the ODNR updated their master plan for the Cleveland waterfront. Gone was the proposed conversion of the C&P Ore Dock and Whiskey Island into an extension of Edgewater Park. Instead, the revised Master Plan keeps the ore dock intact and functioning. It focuses on turning Whiskey Island into a public park with greenspace, boat launching facilities and access to the old Coast Guard Station.
